How to buy from us

There are two ways of buying from us either enter your details in the contact form below stating the image reference of the picture you wish to buy and the collection it is from then add the product type and submit the form.

We will get back you as soon as we can, with The Picturium UK delivery is free, when we get back to you we will include a secure Paypal payment link in our reply, use this link to pay for your purchase and we will get your purchase out to you ASAP.

ALTERNATIVELY find our Etsy store at www.thepicturium.etsy.com and purchase from there. If the picture you want is not listed please purchase by clicking here BESPOKE  this will take you to our bespoke item Etsy listing, using the personalisation option allows you to customise your purchase to any picture on our website, you do this by including the image reference and the gallery details then continue your purchase as normal.

You can email us from here or Etsy if there are any issues and we will advise you.
We will then confirm your purchase and keep you informed of your order's progress.

LEGAL STUFF

• Our products are deemed distance purchases, and your statutory rights apply. However as all prints are created to order and are therefore bespoke we do not accept returns on incorrectly ordered items. If you think there is an error in your order TELL US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if we have not sent the order to our print partners we may be able to cancel it.
• Large prints take up a degree of wall space please measure your space before ordering your print to ensure it will fit the space.
• Please be aware that colours on the finished product may vary slightly from what you see on our website, what you see online is dependant on your screen colour settings
• Please notify us of any damaged items and we will gladly replace and cover shipping costs once we have received them back.
