As well as the natural environment there is beauty in man made structures, from Heavy lifting plant to beach huts, Ferris wheels, to modern support structures, Victorian splendour to a modern sculpture there are things of beauty all around us if we choose to look closely enough.

The Scallop, an iconic gift to the people of Aldeburgh by Maggi Hambling. Created in 2003 and positioned on the pebble beach for all to see and enjoy.

Available in the panoramic format the street art mural of George Orwell was painted by street artist Pure Evil (Charlie Uzzel-Edwards) this image is cropped to remove the railing and information board. Orwell visited and lived and wrote in Southwold.

Orford castle taken from the bank of the River Alde across the flood plain the castle was built between 1165 and 1173 by Henry II to consolidate royal power in the area.
