Our current collections are; Riverside, Seascapes, Sunsets, Night, Summer Solstice, Fauna and Flora, and Built Environment each has their own distinct flavour. We keep each collection fairly small and images may change as we refine or redefine the collection. We also have a work in progress page, this is where we collate images for new collections, sometimes we make these available prior to being added to a collection.

A selection from our collections

Spring taken from an elevated position at Nacton Shores on the King Charles Coastal path, looking across the river Orwell as clouds drift across the sky.

A summer evening on the Orwell, taking time just to stand and stare as we look towards the Shotley peninsula, the sun has dipped below the cloud line but still casts its golden glow on the calm waters of the river.

Darkness falls with the setting of the sun, the glow from the sunset resembles fires in the distance, gone is the time of lengthening shadows, this is the coming of the night, the time of the Nocturn.

We are lucky to have friends living on the Isle of Jersey, this enables us to spend time in the wonderfully varied environment, from sea water Lido's to Surf worthy breakers there are wonderful sights to be seen.

Holding on, taken on the Northern shores of the river Orwell, the tree is clinging to the river bank and the river washes the tree at high tide but by the force of nature still it holds on.

Reflections, On a calm sunny day the still water brings reflections as we look across the river to the marina and the trees beyond.
Yacht masts reach skywards whilst their reflection comes towards us across the water.

Oh we do like to be beside the sea-side, the sun rises over Felixstowe Pier chasing away the clouds, its going to be a lovely morning for a walk along the front catching the warmth of the sun and listening to the waves lapping.

Reaching out, down on Nacton Shores a fallen tree reaches to a mackerel sky, bleached by the sun, wind, and tide, this will surely become driftwood when the tides call.

Solstice sunrise from Southwold seafront, swimmers and ships await the rising of the sun on equinox day. The town stretches its arms and comes to life as the brighness fills the day.

Bluebells in the wood, the woodland at Loudham Hall is a riot of colour in the spring as the Bluebells burst into flower, The woods natural state it makes a beautiful sight, and if you look closely you may even see a Rhea
